We're quite a unique bunch at fst. Meet our leaders who reflect the eclectic mix of character and talent that we all stand for.

What makes Otto tick?
Work. Fun. More fun. More work. Mixing the two. Work drives Otto's life but having fun is in the engine – which makes for a pretty interesting journey, a journey that has led him to becoming MD of fst and a partner with Mark and Craig.
He's a family man but sometimes has to be reminded that it's the weekend. "I'll get back to you asap." "Otto, it's Saturday." "Right. I'll get back to you tomorrow."
Becoming a father has also led Otto to found and develop B. sustainable, the division of fst which helps secure a future for our children through persuasive communications. His generous and demonstrative flair finds expression in a certain Elizabethan style – golden shoes, billowing open necked shirts, Francis Drake swagger.
Otto's current role at fst
Otto is the hands-on, on his feet, shop floor MD here there and everywhere, like the captain of the Cutty Sark rounding the Horn in a storm. Give Otto a pedometer and he'd clock up a marathon on any given day. He drives fst, handles clients (with whom he has an open hearted bonding ability) and is not afraid to give heavy responsibility to the fst team. Otto says that it's not the job of a leader to be better than those around him, but to gather around him greater talents and to trust them with delivering. As a result of this Otto has helped considerably boost the performance and raise the profile of the agency.
Previous career history
Otto first worked for fst in 1993 as a placement student, learning his trade working on the Avis account (still a client all these years on) and rising to become MD in 2005. He and fst have developed and grown together. The rest is not history, it's the future.
