Lend Lease Europe approached us in 2007 to produce their Sustainability Update. Three years down the line, a fresh, more sustainable approach was adopted to produce the report.

How do you overcome the challenge of creating a document reporting on sustainability given the environmental implications of producing one?

Rather than communicate Lend Lease's sustainability message via a traditional printed report we were tasked with thinking differently and taking a more sustainable approach. Taking Lend Lease's 10 sustainability objectives, B.sustainable created an iconic identity for each, provided bespoke photography and filmed, produced and created podcasts for each topic. All these elements were brought together through an online interactive PDF which their stakeholders simply view online.

No hard and fast ROI, but nearly £10,000 was saved on not printing the brochure.
