How does a new business convey its highly considered approach to its service and communicate a sense of authority within a competitive niche market?

After providing consultation for naming the brand, we took on the challenge of creating an identity to match Nest's approach and ambitions. Professional and slick design, a predominantly subtle colour palette energised by a vibrant green was complimented by black and white photography. These images focused on local architectural and ornamental close-ups to define Nest as a contemporary yet timeless expert.

This identity was applied to stationery, a website and led to the ultimate creation of a brochure, the Market Insight. This report featured innovative infographics and was extremely well received amongst the local property industry experts.

The success of the project led to the creation of a separate but complimentary identity for one of Nest's partner companies.
